App Health Report

The App Health Report is a tool used to troubleshoot the health of an app from the perspective of the workstation displaying the report. The report is produced within the context of the app activation.

Workstation Perspectives

App Health Report consists of server-side tests and client-side tests. The report may provide different results depending on the perspective from which it is run.

Developer Workstation Perspective

When run from the interopiO™ console, the App Health Report is run from the workstation that is also running the interopiO console. This perspective is helpful to determine the state of the app and network issues between interopiO, the app, and the EHR.

End-User Perspective

It is often useful to run the App Health Report from a workstation inside the healthcare site's network. This can be done by copying the URL of the App Health Report (from the Developer Workstation Perspective) and asking the healthcare site's IT staff or end user to open that URL in their browser from their workstation. This perspective is helpful when troubleshooting network issues from inside the healthcare site's network (inside the firewall) to interopiO and the app.
